090127 Climbing

2 hours at the gym

and a test run on the diet data imbed...


i was travelling today - ended up eating some beef jerky and pistachios - too busy driving to block it out.

So you only ate twice? Also, put your totals in the spreadsheet, don't make me do math. Just put:

=SUM(A1:A5)

That will add everything in the A column between Row 1 and 5.

You definitely need to be cooking a few days worth of food in advance and storing it in tupperware. Just cook up a bunch of meat and veggies, measure it out into 4 blocks, and grab it when you walk out the door.
