090204 REST

Decided that climbing on rest days was not a good idea, so today was actual rest.

Keep an eye on your performance, especially in any longer METCONs that come up. You're losing weight pretty fast and you're already pretty lean.

You're going to hit a level of body fat that won't allow peak performance and at that point we need to go to 2x fat blocks.

Just something to be on the look out for. If the weight loss stays on pace, this will probably happen within a month.
