Felt really good throughout the day. Pretty hungry just before dinner, but fine otherwise.

Looks like things are coming together on the diet, and 11:24 on Helen with CTBP is solid. I think you'll start seeing your performance take a noticeable uptick later this week if you're diet stays tight.
