It looks like you're really dialing this in, so stick with it but start listening to your body too.

If you're starving, eat! There is nothing wrong (especially post-WOD) with adding extra blocks, or even extra carbs only for glycogen replenishment.

Case in point, I was just hungry as shit today so went up to 21 blocks Protein and 48 blocks Fat instead of my normal 17/41. You can't starve yourself on this.

Stay attuned to what your body is telling you, keep good notes on your food and how you're feeling and we'll adjust when/if we need to.
